Hello Panthers!

The 2010-2011 school year begins my 27th year in the education field with 15 of those years here in the Navarro district.  I am very excited about this school year and the events we have planned for our students.  Our goal is not only to provide each student with an excellent education, but we also strive to instill in our students a healthy self-esteem that will benefit them throughout their educational careers and their lives.

Big Brothers-Big Sisters is a mentoring program that is being offered at Navarro for students at the elementary and intermediate campuses.   The mentors are Navarro High School students  who have gone through an interview process with the Big Brothers-Big Sisters organization.  The mentors and mentees  are supervised by a Big Brothers-Big Sisters professional staff member and meet for one hour a week after school on Thursdays.
If you think your child would enjoy having a Big Brother or Big Sister, please contact me for an application.

Websites--On the left, you will find websites that I have found helpful for parenting tips.  I will add more websites as I find them.  We are always here to help you in any way we can--don't hesitate to contact us.
