Late or missing assignments:  Late work is 20 points off for each day the assignment is late.

Homework Information:


Spelling - Weekly spelling list study guides will be given out at the beginning of each week.  They are due at the end of the week prior to the test.

Vocabulary - Weekly units will be introduced at the beginning of each week.  The quiz will be at the end of each week.

Accelerated Reading (AR)
A.R. Comprehension and point goals will be set every 6 weeks.  Students will read 20 pages (20-30 minutes) nightly and keep TOPS reports in their binders for reference.

CONSEQUENCES:
*1st Infraction:  warning
*After the 1st infraction, a strike (X) and note in the agenda.
*Parents will be contacted in the event of persistent behavior problems.  For any serious infraction, such as fighting, the student will be automatically sent to the principal's office.
